2. Visiting this website
Each time you visit, our hosting provider records technical data in a server log: IP address, date and time, page requested, referring page, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the site and to detect faults and attacks.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in a secure, working website.
Retention: log files are deleted automatically once they are no longer needed for this purpose.
Without your consent we set no analytics or advertising cookies and load no advertising pixels. The buttons for sharing an article are ordinary links; nothing goes to that service until you click. What happens with your consent, and how to withdraw it, is explained in section 7.
3. Newsletter
You can sign up for our newsletter. Your sign-up is stored on our website. We are not sending a newsletter yet. Before we do, we will ask you to confirm your sign-up by email (double opt-in).
What data: email address and, as proof of your consent, the time and IP address of the sign-up.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Recording the proof is based on our statutory duty of accountability (Art. 7(1) GDPR).
Retention: until you unsubscribe.
Unsubscribing: send an email to info@ithynderfanharich.nl; you do not need to give a reason. Every newsletter will also contain an unsubscribe link. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
If we start using a mailing service, we will update this notice and name that service.
4. Contact and enquiries
If you contact us by email, or use the form to enquire about a group or VIP package, we use your data solely to deal with your question or enquiry. The form asks for your name, email address, performance, number of people and package, and optionally for a phone number, company or group and a comment.
Legal basis: legitimate interest or the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep this data as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and then in line with statutory retention periods.
5. Photographs
The photographs on this site were taken by Annie Damhof Photography and show people involved in the production, who consented to publication. If you recognise yourself and want an image removed, tell us — we will take it down.
6. Recipients and transfers outside the EU
We do not sell your data. Only our hosting provider and the party managing the website have access, each as a processor. If you have given consent, the parties in section 7 are added too.
You buy tickets through Avayo. That provider processes your data under its own privacy notice.
Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this is done on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission or standard contractual clauses (Art. 44 et seq. GDPR).
7. Statistics and advertising
This site uses Google Tag Manager from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The Tag Manager only loads after you have given your consent. Without that consent nothing is loaded, and no data goes to these parties through these services.
If you consent, the Tag Manager loads:
- Statistics
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited)
- Advertising
- Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited), Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) and TikTok Pixel (TikTok Technology Limited)
With these we measure how the site is used and how our advertising performs, and we can target advertising. For this, cookies or similar technologies are set and your IP address and data about your visit are processed, also outside the EU, including in the United States. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing up to that point. We keep your choice for twelve months in your own browser.
Withdraw or change your consent
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time.
Send a request to the address under point 1. No reason is required and it costs you nothing.
Complaints: you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, Postbus 93374, 2509 AJ Den Haag, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl — or with the authority in your country of residence.
9. Changes
If the website or the law changes, we will update this notice. The current version is always on this page.
